OWNER

Blake was born in CA, but hold his roots here in Seattle.  Throughout high school and college he worked in the residential and industrial construction and subsequently worked for a private commercial real estate lender in Seattle.  He has consulted for multimillion dollar distressed properties and developed them for resale.  With a decade and a half of experience surrounding the real estate industry he brings an innovative and creative look to Valére Development. Blake attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he graduated with a degree in Finance.  

Blake is also the owner and managing broker of Valére Real Estate.  When he's not working he enjoys boating, hunting, skiing and building his own projects at home.
